Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Faith Friendly Floors. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for 2 reasons. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to the nature of flooring products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed or cut.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or cut flooring materials
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Irregular (builder's grade) products — Items marked as irregular or builder's grade are sold as-is and are not eligible for return
  • Items that were not acclimated to the surroundings and damaged due to improper installation or misuse

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at owner@faithfriendlyfloors or 706-618-8078 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not take back builder's-grade products unless there are only two reasons. No exceptions to the two rules.

  1. The material will not go together

  2. The color you received is not the color you ordered

Exchanges/Overages

We do not take back any material you have left over from your job. We ask that you measure very carefully and add 12-18% more for your overages on BUILDERS GRADE LOTS

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
